The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Hamilton, TX to hire compassionate and dependable Nursing Aides. In this role, you will support patients with daily care needs, assist the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and specimen collection Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment Assist with mobility, positioning, skin, and catheter care to promote comfort & prevent patient decline Respond to patient needs & call lights and observe, document & report condition changes Deliver age-appropriate care for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Maintain patient dignity and privacy through respectful communication, patient involvement, and professional conduct Communicate patient updates, participate in shift handoffs, and assist with patient transportation Support daily nursing operations and unit workflows Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including vital signs, intake/output, and required documentation Other Responsibilities Maintain patient confidentiality and positive patient relations Follow infection control, safety protocols, and healthcare system policies What We Are Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Current BLS certification Strong verbal and written communication skills & ability to follow instructions One year of healthcare or medical setting experience preferred Nursing Assistant training/coursework preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Assist with moving and supporting patients, including occasional heavy lifting What You Can Expect Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Health & Supplemental Insurance Retirement Plan Education Reimbursement Fitness Center Membership Direct Deposit If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrive in a patient-centered environment, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team dedicated to excellence in care.
