Phlebotomist - Flexible Shifts (Part-Time | Full-Time | PRN) (Days |Nights |Weekends) The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge Medical Center located in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a compassionate, detail-oriented Phlebotomist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient experiences while ensuring accurate specimen collection and laboratory support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for patients of all ages with professionalism, accuracy, and care in a safe accurate and efficient manner Accurately document specimen collections details, patient information, assess medical necessity and order tests using the laboratory information system Ensure specimens are properly labeled, handled, and meet laboratory acceptance standards and transport specimens to testing areas Educate patients by providing clear and helpful specimen collection instructions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care Adapt confidently to changing workflows and multiple work locations as needed Uphold all safety, infection control, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous phlebotomy experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred Additional coursework in anatomy, medical technology, or patient care is beneficial Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and laboratory collection procedures preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred What you can Expect Opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and mission-driven healthcare team and support critical diagnostic services for patients of all ages Meaningful patient interaction and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the patient experience Supportive environment focused on professional growth and high-quality patient care A flexible and team-oriented workplace Consistent second-shift schedule Monday through Thursday (for the Part-Time role) Part Time Role Schedule |Shift: (24 hours/week) | Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Second Shift) Flexible PRN scheduling to support work-life balance (for the PRN role) If you’re ready to bring your skills to a supportive healthcare environment and make a positive impact on patients every day, we’d love to hear from you.
