The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a premier healthcare organization in Stayton, OR, and we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Primary Care APPs (NPs/PAs) committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive health outcomes. This 40-bed independent hospital, located in the heart of Willamette Valley, offers a provider-friendly environment, broad-spectrum practice opportunities, and an exceptional quality of life in an affordable, family-oriented community known for its local cafés, bakeries, boutiques, and outdoor recreation. What You’ll Do In this role the NP/PA will provide comprehensive healthcare services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and chronic disease management to patients with a wide range of healthcare needs and conditions. The provider works collaboratively with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and imaging Develop and implement treatment plans Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education Manage chronic diseases and monitor patient outcomes Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation What We Are Looking For Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills Current NP or PA license in the state of Oregon Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program National certification as an NP or PA DEA registration (or eligibility) 3+ years of NP/PA experience, primary care experience preferred Current BLS & ACLS certifications Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment What You Can Expect Benefits Competitive Salary wRVU productivity incentive opportunity Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid malpractice insurance Disability and life insurance PTO and CME reimbursement 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply and join the growing team.
