Location: Churchgate (on-site) Pay Scale : 35,000 to 45,000 (Depending on the profile) About the Role We're looking for a videographer to join our production team! If you love bringing stories to life through your lens, thrive on shoot days, and have a keen eye for framing, lighting, and capturing great content, we'd love to hear from you. From planning shots to filming and creating engaging visual content, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into compelling videos. If you're passionate about videography and always looking for the perfect shot, we might just get along. What you'll be doing: Pre-Production Ideate and build mood boards, visual references, storyboards & shortlists Plan shoot budgets and hire the right crew or talent Scout + recce locations, source props, and coordinate with equipment vendors Prep like a pro On Shoot Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, grip gear & audio (yes, all of it) Style and design sets that look good Brief crew and talent like a boss Direct, shoot, assist - whatever it takes to get the shot Post Production Manage footage and shortlist clips like a neat freak Work closely with editors to bring the story to life
