Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Biosimilars) will help design and execute our access and business development strategy to support biosimilar adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution. You will translate access strategy into structured workplans, pricing models, stakeholder materials, and coordinated execution across internal teams and external partners.
- Payer & provider access strategist and analytics lead
- Deal modeler and BD partner
- Translate access strategy into materials to support payer conversations and contracting discussions.
- Develop financial models evaluating pricing, ASP, gross-to-net implications, and payer savings scenarios.
- Monitor reimbursement policy trends and biosimilar market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop provider segmentation and prioritization.
- Model provider economics and margin impact under different pricing and contracting constructs.
- Translate insights into a cohesive provider engagement strategy.
- Drive structured coordination with the provider accounts team to ensure prioritized providers are engaged at the right time with the right materials and support.
- Build and maintain strategic pricing models.
- Partner with finance and commercial analytics to ensure alignment between strategy and operational reporting.
- Support scenario planning across molecules and contracting constructs.
- Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities aligned to portfolio objectives.
- Develop and evaluate partnership constructs and economic frameworks.
- Support external discussions and negotiations with structured analysis and clear guardrails.
- Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for internal leadership and external partners.
Responsibilities
~1 min readYou are a highly structured problem-solver who is equally comfortable building a pricing model, drafting a payer value narrative, and driving a cross-functional workplan.
You bring analytical rigor and operational follow-through.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- →3-5+ years of experience in:
- →Top-tier consulting with meaningful healthcare and/or life sciences market access exposure or
- →Market access / pricing / reimbursement strategy within pharma or biotech.
- →Direct exposure to payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, or buy-and-bill economics.
- →Strong quantitative modeling skills (pricing, GTN, provider economics, scenario modeling).
- →Experience building structured executive-ready materials.
- →Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with clear timelines and accountability.
- →Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex access dynamics into clear narratives.
Nice to have:
- →Direct experience in biosimilars and/or buy-and-bill oncology.
- →Experience in an early-stage venture or building a new business line.
- →Experience supporting payer contracting negotiations.
- →Experience with claims analytics.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $150,000-$165,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. This position is also bonus-eligible.
