Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare — one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

We’re hiring an early-career Physician to provide high-quality, whole-person care in our Studio City clinic. This role is ideal for a recent residency graduate looking to build strong clinical foundations while growing within a supportive, team-based environment.

As Tia grows, this role offers the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to a modern, integrated care model and develop alongside a team committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets
  • AI-supported documentation to reduce charting burden
  • Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics in prime locations
  • Quarterly bonus + equity — not typical in clinical roles
  • Structured support and mentorship as you transition into independent practice
