We are currently looking for an intern in customer relations for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- →Provide information about products and services.
- →Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- →Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- →Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- →Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- →Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
- →Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
