We are currently looking for an intern in customer relations for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
  • Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
