• As the coach of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to partner store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach teams. 
• You will coach for client experience and performance through observation of daily client interactions on the sales floor, 
• Partner with store leadership for frequent check-ins, facilitate trainings for business objectives, and track coaching conversations. 

• Be a passionate brand ambassador with excellent customer service via the Tiffany Values,
• Be an excellent communicator,

• You will then meet with our HR Director and President to discover more about yourself and the House of Tiffany.
