As our organization continues to grow within the LVMH group, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Tiffany & Co. store as a Senior Client Advisor / Client Advisor on full time basis.
Responsibilities
~2 min readImport and Export Declaration for Store (40%)
• Review variance between actual and Compass/E1 provision amount on duty, custom and freight
• Perform merchandise receipt process in Compass/E1 when merchandise complete receive count.
• Collect detail breakdown of custom declaration prepared by importer for shipments. Monthly audit HTS code declared is correct, duty rate and VAT rate is right.
• Monitor Repair Shipments to/From TSC HK/NY and to local repair vendors. Apply export repair shipments on Outward Processing Relief so that duty and VAT is only applied on repair cost when item is returned.
• Monitor delivery lead time and resolve issue causing shipment delay. Manage forwarder and broker w/ SOP and KPI measurements.
Merchandise Inventory Management (30%)
• Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate request of replenishment as agreed with Store Manager(s).
• Provide a guidance on global cycle count program and support store manager to schedule and manage them in timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of merchandise inventory in stores and control accuracy of inventory counts.
• Manage domestic transfer of merchandise such as the borrowed merchandise program according to our global and local policies.
• Personal Conveyance, including regular transfer, replenishment delivery, photo shooting, etc.
• Responsible for price change and print English and Thai price ticket and supply price ticket to stores.
• Maintenance of TPM (Ticket printing management) system.
• Assist with tagging of inventory.
Warehouse Management (20%)
• Monitor inventory levels of non-merchandise such as packaging, shopping bags, and collaterals related to store operations and request of replenishment as agreed with Store Managers and Senior Merchandising / Operation.
• Keep track of non-merchandise – stock management and replenish to other stores upon request (bi-weekly or weekly).
• Arrange transportation to deliver non-merchandise to other stores.
• Monitor the operation of inbound and outbound inventory in 3PL warehouse of non-merchandise of VM or packaging/ renovation materials Submit Monthly requests.
• Benchmark costing of warehouse service charges by different 3PL vendors.
• Facilitate payment of warehouse and handling charges.
Retail Operations (5%)
• Consolidate merchandise required for repair or service and send to TSCHK. Keep track of shipments and follow up. Keep track of all services reports. Coordinate with SP on customer outreach on status of repairs/approvals required.
• Track store expenses against budget.
CRM Support (5%)
• Support Marketing Manager in CRM activities including data management, CRM gifting, SP campaign tracking (passport to success).
Requirements

• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
