The Watch Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the region and the Global Fine Watches Team, representing TSW as the authoritative voice in the country/region. In this role, you will own the development, growth, and positioning of the watch category, driving both commercial and brand excellence.

This role demands a 360-degree leadership perspective—shaping strategy, aligning market insights with execution, and ensuring seamless integration across business development, marketing activations, forecasting, and brand representation. You will translate global priorities into local success, delivering measurable impact on market share, sales growth, and long-term category development.
 

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a 3- to 5-year regional growth roadmap aligned with the global watch strategy, targeting both market share expansion and profitable sales growth.
  • Analyze market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Partner with local country teams to implement annual plans, ensuring execution excellence tailored to market maturity and business priorities.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the retail network, including market leads, Store Managers, Watch Experts, and Watch Ambassadors, CVM, etc.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen brand presence and engagement during HJ events, translating strategy into action.
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities across channels, driving both revenue and brand impact.

Marketing and Activation

  • Collaborate with regional marketing and PR teams to design and execute impactful local campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of product launches and activation initiatives that reinforce brand positioning and drive measurable results.

Sales and Performance

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for all watch-related initiatives in the country/region.
  • Define ambitious sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance rigorously, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Leverage insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Client Services

  • Drive consistent excellence in after-sales service and client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Implement programs and initiatives that enhance long-term customer loyalty and engagement.
     

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in business development and/or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in the watch and jewelry industry, with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, capable of analyzing complex challenges and executing with agility.
  • Deep understanding of the local network and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean is required.
