Part-time Maintenance Operative

• General estate maintenance
• Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by, cleaning and tidying of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc
• Maintaining all Park planter areas, ensuring these are all well kept and weed free at all times
• Planting and maintaining plants to display areas around the Park in main season 
• Ensuring all Park pathways are neatly edges and free from weeds and grass growth 
• Undertaking edging to grass areas as/when required to keep these areas looking presentable

As this role is so varied, we welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to successful in this role are:

-         General Maintenance knowledge and skillset

-         Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team

-         A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

-         An interest in site maintenance

-         A part-time permanent role (2 days/16 hours per week including some weekend rota work)

-         Starting salary of National living wage
