• →Go full in: spend your day door-to-door, engaging with residents in Charlottesville.

• Looking for a summer role or New to Sales – (0–1 years experience welcomed!). Enthusiastic, coachable, and driven by goal achievements.
• People-Person – You thrive in face-to-face interactions and can spark trust instantly.
• Self-Starter – You manage your schedule, pursue leads actively, and measure your own success.
• Mobile & Weather-Ready – Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle. Comfortable standing/walking all day and working in sunshine, wind, or snow (we provide gear!).
