Responsibilities

Support Builder Direct sales initiatives within the multi-family segment

Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and Design teams
- →
Ensure a safety-first mindset during all client interactions and facility visits
- →
Enter and manage orders accurately using internal systems (e.g., Moraware or similar platforms)
- →
Create or revise 20/20 design layouts for customer projects
- →
Prepare detailed and accurate job estimates
- →
Meet with customers to guide cabinet, countertop, and accessory selections
- →
Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- →
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales plan goals

Maintain consistent in-office presence to support collaboration and team effectiveness
Requirements

Experience in sales support, builder sales, or the multi-family construction industry preferred

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency with order entry and design software (Moraware, 20/20, or similar platforms preferred; training available)

Estimating or takeoff experience is a plus

Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, solution-focused approach
