What you’ll be doing
The Game Presentation Coordinator supports the planning and execution of live, in-stadium elements for Tennessee Titans home games and special events. This role works closely with the Director of Game Presentation to deliver an organized, engaging, football-focused game day experience with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and executional excellence.
This position assists with weekly preparation and game day execution, including managing sponsored content elements, coordinating graphics, and supporting overall show timing. This role will obtain hands-on experience in the control room while playing an important role in maintaining a smooth, polished production.
The coordinator also collaborates with the Director of Brand Programming and Presentation to bring entertainment elements to life during breaks in the action. This role helps create a high-energy atmosphere while ensuring all elements are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with the overall game day vision.
Support Live Game Execution - Assist the Director during all home games by managing break timing, segment sequencing, and ShoFlo operation to ensure smooth show flow and disciplined control room communication.
Assist with calling pyro shots, touchdowns, and high-impact moments as delegated and assist the Director with duties as assigned.
Assist with game flow & momentum management - Help protect momentum following major football plays by prioritizing crowd energy moments and aligning entertainment elements with game context.
Partner with Sponsorship & Marketing Teams - Serve as a liaison between sponsorship and game presentation to ensure all sponsored elements are trafficked, approved, and executed accurately and on time.
Coordinate In-Game Content & Features with the Creative Department - Assist in concepting and preparing in-game content including noise prompts, hype videos, sponsor features, and recurring fan engagement elements.
Support Music & Audio Planning - Partner with the Music Manager to curate weekly playlists, map transitions, and maintain an organized music library aligned with game context and emotional tone.
Assist with graphics & content workflow - Support Xpression graphics preparation, proof graphics for accuracy, and ensure correct yardage, down, player imagery, and branding are always displayed.
Collaborate Across Departments - Work closely with Social, Broadcast, and Brand Creative on content execution.
Maintain Organization & Operational Discipline - Ensure all assets, scripts, playlists, and sponsorship elements are organized, approved, and game-ready prior to weekly rehearsals and cue-to-cues.
Qualifications – What you’ll bring
Required
1–3 years of experience in live event production, sports presentation, broadcast production, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sports Management, Production, Media, or equivalent experience
Experience supporting live productions inside a control room or fast-paced environments
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with live show rundowns, timing, and control room operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in NFL, collegiate athletics, or professional sports environment
Familiarity with Ross Xpression or other Ross systems
Knowledge of sponsorship activation in live sports environments
Familiarity ShoFlo or similar live show management software

Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
ROSS CMS (preferred)
Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
ShoFlo or similar show control software
Understanding of music timing, transitions, and live cueing
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work Environment: Office / Stadium
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time; lift up to 25 lbs; ability to work long event days
Schedule: Monday – Friday with evenings, weekends, and all Titan home games required
