Mail Services Associate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (USPS First Class, Accountable, FedEx, and UPS Mail) to appropriate recipients and departments.
• Responsible for timely collection of outgoing mail.
• Responsible for preparing and processing outbound courier shipments using computer software.
• Ability to successfully operate the Pitney Bowes mail machine for processing of USPS First Class Mail.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience in a mail room or experience at a FedEx and/or UPS mail facility.
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as team with coworkers.
• Ability to meet customer deadlines in consistently accurate and timely manner.
