Starting Pay: $18.65/hour, On-Demand Pay Available Hours: Part-timeLocation: Cape Girardeau, MO Your Impact Partner with each person to build everyday skills like cooking, money management, and self-care Provide personal care and support with meals with dignity and respect Give medications safely once you've completed certification Get out into the community together for work, appointments, shopping, and fun Document progress and follow individual support plans closely Be a consistent, trusted presence the people you support look forward to seeing What You BringWe hire for heart and teach the skills.
