Reception + Retail Associates

We are building our founding team from scratch for our brand new shop opening in October 2026, and we are looking for a reliable, energetic Guest Services Associate to run the front desk and set the vibe for the whole shop.

• Position: Guest Services
• Work Term: Full-Time
• Location: York Station, Yorkton
• Opening: October 2026!
• Wage: Starting at $17/hr
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

We built Tommy Gun's around The Fresh Cut Feeling; that reaction when a guest looks in the mirror and knows their Barber or Stylist got it exactly right.

As the face of our shop, you are the first and last impression for every person who walks through our doors. Our main goal is simple: give guests a great experience, support the team on the floor, and build a work environment where you actually enjoy coming to work. When the shop atmosphere is solid, everything else takes care of itself.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle the flow of a busy shop. If you have experience as a restaurant host or hostess, or a background in retail and customer service, your skills will transfer naturally here.

• Flexible availability with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts.
• Checking guests in, managing the waitlist queue, and walking clients to their barber's chair.
• Helping team members sweep and sanitize stations between guests so chairs flip quickly.
• Answering phones, managing check-ins, running the register, and helping guests find the right retail products.
• Keeping retail shelves stocked, managing inventory, and making product recommendations.
• Communicating clearly with the Barbers and going above and beyond for every guest, every time.
• Staying positive, welcoming, and organized when the shop gets busy!
