Based in our Auckland office, this is a varied role that combines front of house reception with office coordination and administrative support. Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll play an important part in ensuring our office runs smoothly and that every client and colleague receives outstanding service.


About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll create a warm, professional first impression while supporting the day to day operations of our Auckland office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing our busy reception
  • Answering phones and directing enquiries
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and client hospitality
  • Managing couriers, mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to lawyers and business support teams
  • Assisting with document preparation, scanning, filing and general office administration
  • Maintaining office supplies, kitchen areas and shared spaces
  • Supporting office events and helping ensure our workplace remains welcoming, organised and professional

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.


About You

You'll enjoy helping people and take pride in creating a positive experience for everyone you interact with.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in reception, office administration or customer service
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Professional communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A genuine commitment to teamwork and delivering excellent service
