About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands on role supporting the full employee lifecycle across the firm. You will play an important role in recruitment, people operations, onboarding, payroll support and helping deliver a positive employee experience across our offices. Working closely with the Manager, People & Culture and wider team, this role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their HR career in a supportive professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment processes across legal and business services roles
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Support hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities
People Operations & Administration
- Prepare employment documentation and maintain employee records
- Support HR systems, reporting, and process administration
- Assist with engagement initiatives, events, and wellbeing activities
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and leaders across the firm
Payroll Support
- Provide backup support for payroll processes
- Assist with payroll administration, leave management, and employee variations
- Work closely with finance and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processes and information
Team & Culture Support
- Help bring our people initiatives and firm culture to life
- Support internal events, celebrations, and employee experience initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and the employee experience
About You
You will be someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has strong attention to detail.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous administration, payroll, HR, recruitment, or coordination experience
- A qualification in HR or similar
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Confidence managing competing priorities
- A proactive and positive approach
Experience supporting payroll or working within professional services would be advantageous, but not essential.
