As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive People & Culture Advisor to join our team and help shape an engaging, high performing workplace experience across the firm.
This is an opportunity to work closely with leaders and employees across all levels of the business in a role that combines advisory, recruitment, capability and operational HR support.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, you will play a key role in delivering practical, commercially focused people support across the firm.
This is a varied and hands on role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and contributing to both strategic initiatives and day to day people matters.
Key responsibilities include:
People Advisory & Leadership Support
- Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders and employees
- Support performance management, employee relations and wellbeing matters
- Assist leaders with people planning and team development
- Contribute to building leadership capability across the firm
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end to end recruitment processes across legal and business operations roles
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding and support successful integration of new employees
Culture, Engagement & Capability
- Support engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives
- Assist with performance and development processes
- Contribute to learning and capability programmes
HR Operations
- Support HR systems, reporting, policies, and compliance activities
- Work closely with the P&C Coordinator on people operations and payroll processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience
About You
We are looking for someone who is approachable, solutions focused, and confident working with leaders in a professional services environment.
You will ideally be
- Experienced in HR / People & Culture advisory roles and hold a relevant qualification
- Confident in relationship building and communication skills
- Highly capable of managing employment relations and performance matters
- Practical, commercially minded approach
- Excellent at prioritisation and organisation of work, with good attention to detail
- Experience in professional services is advantageous
