Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

• →Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations 
• →Assist with oversight of nursing staff, scheduling, and workflow coordination 
• →Help maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations 
• →Participate in survey preparedness and quality improvement initiatives 
• →Support infection prevention and resident care programs 
• →Assist with staff education, mentoring, and performance management 
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency 
• →Help foster a positive and accountable clinical culture throughout the facility 
• →Support implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices 
• →Monitor documentation standards and assist with maintaining regulatory compliance 
• →Assist leadership with staff development, retention, and operational support initiatives 

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania 
• Previous nursing leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care preferred 
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced environment 
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership approach 
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident care 

Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
