• →10+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruiting with a minimum 6+ years’ experience gained within the engineering industry. AV industry experience strongly preferred. 
• →Experience hiring software engineers is required.
• →Solid background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent.
• →Global recruiting experience in Canada (preferred)
• →Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders. Ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations.
• →Demonstrated ability to work with considerable independence and make decisions requiring applications of judgment based on the knowledge of policies, procedures, and operating practices related to hiring.
• →Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) software, Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• →Possess a drive for results, able to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
• →Effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed
