About the role 

We are seeking a dedicated Responsible Gambling Specialist to support and enhance our player protection framework across regulated markets. This role is focused on safeguarding players, promoting responsible gaming behaviors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant responsible gambling regulations.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Provide support and guidance to players seeking assistance with responsible gaming concerns through various channels such as email, phone and others
  • Investigating customers' affordability (Source of Funds/Wealth); performing Enhanced Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring
  • Proactively monitor player activity to identify potential “At Risk” or “Problem Gambling” behaviors and ensure timely and appropriate interactions
  • Review and investigate Responsible Gambling alerts, taking appropriate action in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all Responsible Gambling cases are handled in a timely and professional manner, including urgent escalations when required (including weekends if necessary)
  • Handle escalated and sensitive player interactions, including complaints, and determine the most appropriate course of action
  • Identify gaps or improvement opportunities in Responsible Gambling processes and contribute to the development of new controls and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Compliance and other relevant teams to ensure consistent application of responsible gaming standards
  • Produce regular reports and insights on Responsible Gambling activities, trends, and outcomes for management
  • Stay up to date with evolving Responsible Gambling regulations and industry best practices across all licensed jurisdictions
  • Ensure full compliance with all Responsible Gambling regulatory requirements



Requirements: 


  • Proven experience within the iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of Responsible Gambling principles, player protection frameworks, and behavioral indicators of problem gambling
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in key jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to handle sensitive situations in a calm, empathetic, and professional manner
  • Experience dealing with vulnerable or distressed customers is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach


Nice to Have: 


  • Previous experience in Responsible Gambling, Player Protection, or Safer Gambling teams
  • Experience with RG tools, monitoring systems, and player risk segmentation models
