We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data collection, research, and database management activities. The role involves gathering information from publicly available sources, maintaining high-quality datasets, and delivering insights on market trends to support business decision-making. Data Analysts play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive organizational growth and strategy.

Conduct research using publicly available news, reports, and data sources to gather relevant information.

Collect, validate, and update data points from both public and private companies into internal databases.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular quality checks and validation processes.

Maintain and manage proprietary databases, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Translate and localize documents from source language to target language where required.

Analyze collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for regional or business teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data requirements and reporting needs.

Prepare and deliver insights, summaries, and reports to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.

Meet predefined individual and team targets with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Ability to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets effectively.

Experience in data validation, quality checks, and database management.

Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.

Language proficiency for translation/localization tasks (preferred).

Data accuracy and quality management

Research and information gathering

Trend analysis and reporting

Time management and target-driven performance

Problem-solving and critical thinking

Experience working with financial/market/company data

Exposure to multilingual data handling or localization

Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks
