We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace — a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit, we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience, and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on a JD. If you think you have what it takes but don't have the exact experience we've set out, please still get in touch and apply. We'd love to chat! 🙌

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did millions of surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world's best brands and their competitors. Check us out here: www.gotracksuit.com 🚀

We're looking for a driven, analytically sharp Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of how the world finds us.

This is a mid-senior role reporting directly to our Head of Growth, and it's genuinely a builder's opportunity. You'll be the first dedicated owner of our organic channels — website performance, SEO, and AI-powered discoverability (AEO) — with the remit to establish strategy, run experiments, and convert traffic into qualified pipeline. You'll move fluidly between strategy and execution, working horizontally across web, analytics, content, and paid — and you'll have the scope and autonomy to build things right from the start.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney, AU or Auckland, NZ. You'll report into the Head of Growth and work cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Content, Sales, and Product. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, though you'll direct and coordinate agencies and freelancers as part of the day-to-day.

Our environment is collaborative, ambitious, and fast-moving — with a strong bias toward ownership, experimentation, and measurable results.

  • Owning the website experience and driving CRO — taking end-to-end ownership of website strategy, UX, content hierarchy, and technical performance. You'll run a structured A/B testing programme to drive CRO, drive measurable improvements in visitor-to-SQL conversion rates, and partner with the paid media team on landing page strategy to maximise campaign ROI.
  • Building and executing SEO strategy for sustainable organic growth — owning Tracksuit's organic search presence across ANZ, US, and UK markets. Working with agency and developer resources, you'll lead technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and domain authority — establishing baselines, identifying quick wins, and building a prioritised roadmap for sustained growth.
  • Establishing Tracksuit's presence in AI-powered search (AEO) — building our citation strategy across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. You'll optimise content and structured data to increase our likelihood of appearing in AI-generated responses, and stay ahead of emerging best practices as this landscape evolves.
  • Driving experimentation discipline and translating insight into action — designing and running experiments across organic channels, using data from GA4, HubSpot, and product usage to uncover funnel bottlenecks and growth opportunities. You'll build experimentation velocity across the team, prioritising based on impact and speed to learn.
  • You have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, or digital marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment where you had to earn every lead.
  • You have strong technical fluency in SEO — site architecture, schema, crawlability, link equity — and can direct agencies and developer resources effectively.
  • You have a proven track record of optimising websites for conversion: you've run A/B tests, improved funnel metrics, and you can show the results.
  • You're a builder, not just an optimiser — you've built from scratch or fixed what's broken, and you're energised by ambiguity rather than slowed by it.
  • You have a commercial mindset — you connect experiments and tactics directly to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic vanity metrics.
  • You work independently, prioritise ruthlessly, and ship fast.
