• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and video tutorials.
• Adapt training approaches based on audience needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve training content and delivery.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to align training with customer needs and product updates.
• Assist in the development of self-paced learning modules and certification programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the product, keeping up to date with new features and best practices.
• Experience delivering training in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex topics into simple concepts.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions.
