Committed to continuous improvement, we collaborate across multiple departments to ensure efficient processes, enhance R&D capabilities, and work closely with production and design teams to optimize schedules and deliveries.
Injection molding is a core process in our products, and as such, it demands ongoing development and deep technical understanding. We are constantly expanding our capabilities to adopt new methodologies, perform hands-on testing, and enrich our knowledge - all of which drive higher quality and productivity.
What you will do:
As an R&D Injection Molding Analyst, you will play a key role in introducing new technologies, managing purchases, and sourcing new materials for testing. You’ll contribute to the implementation and optimization of our infrastructure, assemble and disassemble molds of varying materials and complexity, and operate injection machines as needed to produce prototypes. You will also be assisting the development of the tooling required to manufacture these prototypes. In the future, you’ll contribute to the development of robotic automation systems to improve processes at our suppliers. This role involves direct and ongoing collaboration with the R&D team, so your work must be highly organized and aligned with our standards for precision and agility. Your expertise will significantly support our mission of delivering exceptional IoT solutions to industries around the world.
