Reporting to the SVP, Finance, the Senior Director, Pricing will lead Transcarent’s enterprise pricing strategy, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership across Finance, Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Operations. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving pricing frameworks that balance growth, profitability, competitiveness, and value delivery across Transcarent’s products and services. 

The Senior Director, Pricing will bring rigor, transparency, and scalability to pricing decisions, enabling data-driven tradeoffs, consistent deal execution, and long-term margin expansion in a rapidly growing healthcare technology environment.

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  

Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.
