About the Role

Partnerships are one of the biggest untapped growth opportunities at TransferGo.

Across affiliates, creators, publishers, communities, strategic partners and referral ecosystems, we see the potential to build a growth engine that compounds over time — one that becomes increasingly efficient, trusted and difficult to replicate.

We're looking for the person who will build it.

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition partnerships and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to structure win-win partner relationships.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, creators, communities, or other partner ecosystems.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with attribution, incrementality, and unit economics.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools is a strong plus.
  • AI-native mindset and curiosity to automate workflows and accelerate execution.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to switch between strategy and execution when needed.

 

You will build TransferGo's partnership acquisition engine.

This includes:

  • Affiliate strategy and growth.
  • Publisher partnerships.
  • Strategic acquisition partnerships.
  • Performance-based creator programmes.
  • New partner acquisition channels and experiments.

Your goal is to create a diversified portfolio of acquisition partners that generates predictable and scalable growth.

Affiliate will be your largest and most important growth lever.

You will:

  • Build and scale the affiliate programme.
  • Recruit and grow high-value partners.
  • Design partner economics and incentive structures.
  • Improve tracking, attribution and partner performance.
  • Test new partner categories and acquisition models.
  • Turn affiliate into a significant contributor to customer acquisition.

TransferGo's Hub Managers own local creator relationships and execution.

You will own the system that helps them succeed.

You will:

  • Create influencer playbooks, frameworks and standards.
  • Define partnership economics and commercial models.
  • Improve performance measurement.
  • Shift creator partnerships toward performance and hybrid structures.
  • Help markets turn creator activity into measurable growth.

You will build the infrastructure that allows partnerships to scale.

This includes:

  • Partner attribution and measurement.
  • AI-powered partner discovery and outreach.
  • Performance reporting and forecasting.
  • Fraud and quality controls.
  • Commercial testing frameworks.
  • Partner operating models.

Your goal is to increase the speed at which TransferGo discovers, validates and scales partnership opportunities.

Twelve months from now:

  • Affiliate has become a meaningful and growing acquisition channel.
  • Partner acquisition contributes a larger share of total customer growth.
  • Creator activity across markets is more measurable and performance-oriented.
  • More partnerships operate on performance-based or hybrid commercial models.
  • Partner economics are clear, trusted and scalable.
  • AI-enabled workflows have increased team productivity and growth velocity.
  • TransferGo has built a partnership engine that compounds rather than relying on one-off campaigns.

Competitive Salary: Starting from 19,930 - 29,000 PLN (gross) per month, depending on experience;
