Accountant - Revenue

Key Responsibilities : Prepare and send monthly statements of accounts to customers as payment reminders and upon request. Maintain regular communication with assigned customer accounts and coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment for due invoices. Address and resolve customer disputes and inquiries by liaising with internal and external departments. Reconcile General Ledger accounts to determine tax liabilities, and prepare GST return forms for both Tourist GST and General GST. Perform bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts. Collaborate with other departments to correct any posting errors. Prepare monthly reports such as DTR analysis (SG&A) and compensation reports for management and customers. Assist with audit schedules for assigned General Ledger accounts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce or a related field. Full or Part qualification in CA/ CIMA (UK)/ ACCA /CMA Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Finance field, preferably in a similar role OR 3+ years in internal Audit Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements or system enhancements to enhance revenue accounting accuracy and efficiency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
