MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER – GROUND ENGINEERING & FACILITIES

The Job Includes: Ensure the maintenance and repair of all buildings, platforms and infrastructure to support safe, efficient operations without disruptions. Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of new platforms and fuel systems in resorts and remote locations, collaborating with vehicle and electrical teams. Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety practices, providing suitable safety gear, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Maintain and procure necessary tools, equipment, and materials, coordinating with the stores team to avoid operational interruptions. Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment, and address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications, preferably MBA from a recognized university. 5+ years in facilities or infrastructure maintenance, with experience in overseeing projects at multiple locations. Strong project management and planning skills. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Proven experience in supervising, training, and motivating staff in a collaborative team environment
