Main Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome, direct & check-in guests as they arrive at the passenger terminals & check-in counters Provide passengers with information on their flights, departure and arrival times Report any delays related to passengers/flights to the flight coordinators Assist guests with their inquires & provide assistance Requirements Completed GCE O’Level with an excellent command of English Certificate level qualification in Hospitality/tourism is an added advantage A positive & outgoing personality with good customer etiquette Benefits Starting Salary - USD 700/- Company Issued Medical Insurance 30 days paid annual leave On the job training & development
