Run dedicated team freight out of Newton, NC, hitting targets across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD while averaging 4,500 to 5,000 miles every single week.

What We Offer

✓Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $1,700 weekly.

✓Split CPM Structure: $0.74 CPM split.

✓Additional Pay: $20 per backhaul.

✓Sign On Bonus ($5,000 Split): Payouts scale from your 1st load through your 1st year ($250 to $750 per driver per milestone).

Home Time: Home weekly (not always guaranteed on weekends).
Territory: Delivering to Target stores and distribution centers across NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD.
Shift Dynamics: Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the team workflow.

Freight Profile: 100% no-touch freight, mostly drop & hook. Backhauls consist of dry freight (75% preloaded / 25% live loads). (Note: Pallets may shift in transit, securement required).
Onboarding: 1 day classroom + 1 day ride-along ($100/day training pay). 24/7 on-site support team.
