In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to coordinate travel requests, organize booking details, track workflow progress, and maintain accurate records throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a high level of accuracy across all tasks.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate travel workflows, timelines, and booking milestones
Organize and manage travel requests from initial inquiry through confirmation
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and itinerary details
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates as needed
Monitor workflow progress and follow up on outstanding items or deadlines
Maintain accurate digital records, itineraries, and booking documentation
Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support efficient operations by keeping workflows organized and aligned
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Detail-focused, dependable, and proactive
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Experience in coordination, scheduling, planning, or customer support is helpful but not required
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
