The Operations Enablement Specialist – Readiness & Delivery owns the per-release motion that gets Global Operations ready for every change. Working across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, this role leads release readiness planning, drives the communications and questions cycle leading up to each go-live, and routes frontline feedback to resolution. Post-release, the Specialist monitors stabilization, closes the loop on issues raised by operations, and ensures insights are documented and actioned. Partnering closely with the Content & Curriculum counterpart, this role makes sure every release lands with prepared people, clear communications, and a working feedback loop.

Responsibilities

~1 min read

•   Lead release readiness across Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance so frontline teams are prepared and confident for every change.

•   Run the per-release readiness cadence: release demos, impact assessments, readiness checklists, sign-offs, and go/no-go input.

•   Own change communications for impacted operational teams — channel, format, timing, and audience targeting.

•   Field frontline questions during release windows; route to the right SME and track to closure.

•   Monitor post-release stabilization: track defects, exception spikes, and frontline pain points; escalate and drive resolution.

•   Close the loop — document insights from each release, route to Product and Operational Excellence, and confirm action.

•   Partner with the Content & Curriculum Specialist to align curriculum and SOP updates to release scope and timing.

•   Maintain readiness artifacts (release calendar, readiness trackers, comms templates, feedback log) and continuously improve the cadence.

•   Measure release readiness outcomes (training completion, post-release escalations, feedback-to-resolution time) and report to leadership.

•   Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Requirements

~1 min read

•   Strong program coordination and change management skills; able to orchestrate readiness across multiple stakeholders and tight release cycles.

•   Excellent communication skills — clear, structured, audience-appropriate; comfortable authoring release comms and fielding live questions.

•  Operational rigor — understands frontline execution, controls, and risk considerations.

•   Influence without authority — partners effectively across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and operational leaders.

•   Analytical mindset — uses readiness metrics, post-release data, and feedback themes to improve the cadence.

•  Attention to detail — manages multiple workstreams without dropping commitments.

•  Continuous improvement mindset — closes the loop and iterates on the readiness process itself.

•   Comfortable with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack/Teams).

•    2–4+ years in operations enablement, release management, change management, or business operations within a technology-enabled environment.

•  College/Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
