Position Summary

Trideum Corporation has an opening for an Operations Planner at Fort Shafter, Scholfield Barracks, Hawaii. This is a full-time and exempt position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content to tell a realistic story. You’ll listen to client challenges, identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored, and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact. These recommendations will be gained through your knowledge and use of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP) to support the contract. You will use your skills to take an exercise from the concept phase, plan the exercise, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation brief.?

Travel Requirement - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Joint, Department of the Army, or Combatant Command Staff
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Component Equivalent
• Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) at Division, CORPS, or ASCC level
• Experience with Theater Campaign Plans & National level Strategic level guidance
• Ability to draft strategic and operational level products
• 5+ years of experience with planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
• Experience with operational planning efforts and operational experience working with senior leaders
• Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience at the brigade level and above
• Knowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain Operations
• Experience in a FA57 role
• Experience in planning Warfighter Exercise (WFX) at Joint Task Force (JTF), CORPS and DIV level
