Trilogy Federal is seeking an ERP Business Analyst with expertise in CGI’s Advantage 4.0 ERP Financial Management Solution. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements, testing solutions to address client needs, and supporting end users with system functionality. The ideal candidate will be able to review existing configuration documentation, review expected functionality with end users and subject matter experts, develop testing approaches, and execute test scripts across several areas of Advantage ERP Functionality including Budget, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Management, and Procurement.
Please note, this position is contingent upon award (expected May/June 2026). Candidates must travel up to 25% to Nassau County, NY.
Participate in day‑to‑day User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for CGI Advantage ERP implementations/upgrades across the various functional areas/modules.
Review functional requirements, configuration documentation, and expected system behavior to develop UAT test cases under guidance from senior analysts or SMEs.
Execute assigned test scripts and scenarios, validate system results against business requirements, and document outcomes clearly and accurately.
Identify, log, and track defects and issues, including detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and supporting data, following established defect management processes.
Support test data setup and validation as needed in support of UAT activities.
Collaborate daily with business users, functional leads, and technical team members to clarify requirements, retest fixes, and confirm defect resolution.
Participate in UAT status meetings, providing clear updates on test progress, risks, and issues to project leadership and client stakeholders.
Assist with maintaining UAT documentation, including test scripts, test execution results, defect logs, and test summary reports.
Support post‑UAT activities such as knowledge transfer, validation of production readiness, and transition to operations or go‑live support efforts.
Follow established testing standards, timelines, and quality procedures in a client‑driven, deadline‑oriented environment, escalating issues as appropriate.
