ERP Business Analyst

  You act as the primary interface between our ERP partner and internal business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

• →

  You analyse, challenge, and optimize existing business processes—or design new ones that support our growth and operational excellence.

• →

  You translate business requirements into robust IT/ERP solutions and guide the ERP partner throughout implementation.

• →

  You coordinate and execute functional testing with key users and the ERP partner to guarantee high‑quality delivery.

  Together with your 3 ERP colleagues, provide post–go‑live ERP support across Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, S&OP, Sales, Service and Finance.

  You define, monitor, and continuously improve integrations between ERP and our broader IT landscape.

  You identify opportunities for automation, AI‑driven improvements, and digital innovation and you inspire users.

• →

  You report directly to the IT Manager.

• You hold a master’s degree in Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences, or equivalent by experience.

• You have several years of hands‑on experience in the ERP ecosystem, ideally with strong exposure to Operations & Supply Chain.

• You have solid and broad knowledge of ERP platforms.

• You have strong understanding of core business processes: Operations, Manufacturing, Enterprise Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales, Service and Procurement.

• You are familiar with Supply Chain tools such as MES, MRP, and WMS.

• You have a good understanding of finance processes (AR, AP, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting).

• You have proven project management capabilities and experience in working in cross‑functional teams.

• You have an analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to high quality.

• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• You are comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced business environment.

• You are independent, proactive, and solution‑oriented.

• You have strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

• You are eager to learn, stay up‑to‑date with new IT trends, and take on technical challenges.

• You can act as a sparring partner for technical experts and developers.
