Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst with expertise in CGI’s Advantage 4.0 ERP Financial Management Solution. This role comes with a focus on supporting external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements, testing solutions to address client needs, and supporting end users with system functionality. The ideal candidate will be able to review existing configuration documentation, review expected functionality with end users and subject matter experts, develop testing approaches, and execute test scripts across several areas of Advantage ERP Functionality including Budget, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Management, and Procurement.
Please note, this position is contingent upon award (expected May/June 2026). Candidates must travel up to 25% to Nassau County, NY.
Serve as the day‑to‑day UAT lead for the various CGI Advantage functional areas.
Review approved business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed UAT scenarios and test scripts aligned with end‑to‑end business processes.
Design and maintain comprehensive UAT test cases covering standard processing, exceptions, integrations, and reporting validations within Advantage ERP modules.
Execute UAT test scripts daily, validate results against expected functionality, and document outcomes with clear evidence and traceability to requirements.
Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects; clearly document reproduction steps, root cause indicators, and business impact to support timely resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams, configuration analysts, and developers as needed to review defects, clarify functional intent, and confirm fixes meet business expectations.
Coordinate UAT activities with business users and subject matter experts, including test execution support, issue walkthroughs, and validation of corrected functionality.
Analyze Advantage ERP configuration and existing documentation to ensure testing aligns with system design, state and local financial standards, and compliance requirements.
Develop and manage test data as needed in support of UAT Testing activities.
Participate in daily or weekly testing status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, defects, and recommended corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
Support regression testing activities by validating previously delivered functionality and assisting with automated testing strategies where applicable.
Review UAT results and provide formal sign‑off recommendations, ensuring delivered solutions meet business, audit, and operational readiness criteria.
Mentor junior analysts and testers by reviewing test artifacts, providing functional guidance, and promoting testing best practices across the project team.
