Business Development & Pursuits Coordinator

CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Business Development & Pursuits Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida! This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL. 

As a member of CPH’s Strategy and Success department (Marketing & Communications group), the Business Development and Pursuits Coordinator supports both internal and external communications functions, proposal coordination, and business development efforts. The Coordinator supports strategic content development, custom responses, and business development initiatives to effectively promote CPH’s capabilities, culture, and services to internal and external audiences. Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with corporate branding and business development goals.
