Civil Project Manager

We are actively seeking to hire the following position in Ft. Myers, FL: 

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly skilled in leading client management, project management, presentations, conceptual design, construction documents, plan review and construction administration.

The Civil Project Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day project scope including staff workload tracking and management, coordination with regulatory agencies, maintaining and tracking project schedule, etc. The day to day of this role will involve working with a highly collaborative and dynamic team in a multidisciplinary environment. 

This role is responsible for assisting with managing projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Leads project operations, from start to finish ensuring all phases of the project align with project safety regulations and organizational standards. This individual will be responsible for streamlining all work with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure optimal operations.
