Senior Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Partner to play a critical role in building this capability from the ground up. This individual will operate as both a strategic advisor and hands-on builder, responsible for attracting and hiring top-tier talent across AI, data, and engineering.

This is not a traditional recruiting role—you will help shape the talent strategy, operating model, and team architecture for a rapidly scaling, PE-backed platform.
