Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Assistant Business Manager to join our sparkling Cork store located in Brown Thomas. This role will report into the Business Manager and be responsible for the supporting them in the day to day running of our Cork counter. A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You’ll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. Your daily to-dos might look like this:

• Support the Business Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to the counter
• Assist in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress, feeding back daily and at monthly team meetings
• Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
• Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with Trinny London expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
• Ensure teams are adequately trained and are able to process sales through tills, ensuring transactions are managed with due care and attention, in line with company policy and procedures
• Retain up to date knowledge of our products, sharing this with your team in order to ensure we deliver an industry-leading experience and that the product meets the customer's needs
• Ensure all team members are inspired to carry out their job role through training, coaching and follow up
• Keep momentum and activity flowing on counter.
• Assist in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards, ensuring the store is consistently replenished
• Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as assigned
• Follows all safety and emergency procedures
• Identify potential loss prevention issues
• To complete an accurate manual stock count fortnightly

The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:

• Experience leading a team, ideally within the luxury sector
• Passionate for makeup and skincare
• Proven experience leading a team to success within the retail industry
• Adaptable and confident with an ever-changing environment
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Strong communication and mathematical skills
• Comfortable working towards and exceeding KPIs
• Punctual and organised
