Accreditation Venue Deputy Manager

Role Summary
Reporting to the Accreditation Venue Manager, the Accreditation Venue Deputy Manager will support the planning and delivery of accreditation operations at an assigned venue during Games-time. This role will assist with the management of the Venue Accreditation Centre (VAC), oversee daily processes, and help ensure accredited client groups can access the

venue smoothly and securely.

Working as part of the wider accreditation operations network, the Accreditation Venue Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with the Accreditation Venue Manager and other functional areas—such as Venue Management, Security, Workforce, Sport, and Technology—to deliver efficient, secure, and consistent accreditation services that contribute to successful venue operations.

The role will initially be based at the Organising Company’s Glasgow city centre office, with visits to competition venues as required to support the effective delivery of responsibilities. As the Games approach, the role will transition to being primarily based at your assigned competition venue.

The position is initially contracted for 37.5 hours per week (with a 30-minute lunch break), with office attendance aligned to the Organising Company’s working pattern. During the Games-time operational period, shift patterns will apply and may include evenings and weekends.
