About the Role
~1 min readReporting to the Senior Art Director, this role will play a key role in developing Rocket Money’s visual identity. You will collaborate with product research teams within Rocket Money and draw learnings from the broader Rocket brand ecosystem to help us develop an engaging visual identity that supports our growth. Grounded in this broader strategy and informed by test and learn, you will shape our CRM, app store, and landing page visual strategy and guide offline advertising and organic presence.
- Lead visual brand discovery and development through series of research, brainstorm, and test
- Integrate our visual identity into emails and owned properties with heavy emphasis on test and learn
- Own performance landing page strategy (mobile & web) by testing designs to unlock high converting templates with reusable components
- Contribute to brand driven performance advertising experiments
- Own testing and strategy on app store presence
- Support offline advertising with strong brand components
- Evaluate and grow organic presence starting with Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube
- Manage a variety of projects with different timelines and deliverables effectively
- Define and track metrics that reflect efficacy of our effort in each area you lead and manage
- 5+ years in brand/art direction, owning brand systems across owned properties, CRM assets, landing pages, and multi channel campaigns
- Strong storytelling and communication; comfortable presenting to execs
- Strong portfolio across brand identity, design systems, CRM/email design, landing pages, and offline work
- Mastery of Figma, familiarity with front-end constraints
- Experience with CRM platform Braze and landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage)
- UX/CRO, accessibility, and performance-driven design knowledge
Nice-to-have
- Experience in software/consumer brands with heavy organic growth
- Motion graphics/video skills
- TV/OOH campaign experience
