We’re looking for a Recruiting Assistant who can bring energy and organization to our team.

Responsibilities

→Work within our Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics
→“Support the recruitment function through candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checking.
→Coordinate new hires onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
→Support Human Resource team with administrative functions

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrates strong follow-through and task completion.
Outgoing, approachable, and confident interacting with people
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets
Bilingual a plus
Experience and knowledge in a manufacturing environment preferred
