Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated welding systems.
- →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to incorporate weld automation.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding automation equipment.
- →Train and mentor team members on the use of automated welding systems.
- →Manages regular maintenance and upgrades of welding automation equipment.
- →Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- →Stay updated with the latest advancements in welding automation technology.
- →Inspect finished products to ensure they adhere to quality standards and specifications.
- →Primarily responsible for fixture development and programming for robot and cobot weld process.
- →Will be a resource to production for fixture development in fabrication away from the robot and cobot weld cells.
- →Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- →Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- →Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
- →Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine specifications, such as material type, size, and shape.
- →Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong knowledge of welding processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Certification in welding or robotics is a plus.
