We produce thousands of performance-driven video ads every month for top DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies β€” constantly testing, learning, and optimizing to win in-feed.

We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid-market revenue at TubeScience. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven closer with deep experience in agency, media, or marketing services sales.

You’ll own the full sales cycle end-to-end β€” from activating your executive network to negotiating and closing seven-figure deals. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, you’ll also help shape TubeScience’s go-to-market strategy as we scale.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, leads with relationships, and knows how to turn trust into revenue.


Responsibilities

πŸ’Ό Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships

🀝 Own complex sales cycles β€” from first conversation through negotiation and close

πŸ“ˆ Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects and priority verticals

🧠 Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches, proposals, and deal structures

🌍 Represent TubeScience at industry events and within your professional network

βš™οΈ Help refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting as the sales function scales


πŸ“Š 10+ years of sales experience in media, creative, or advertising agency services

πŸ† Proven track record of closing 6-figure mid-market deals

🀝 Deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands

πŸ“± Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing

πŸ—£οΈ Polished communicator with executive-level presence and presentation skills

πŸš€ Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building in fast-moving environments

πŸ“ Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
