You're a curious and driven student or recent graduate who's passionate about the intersection of technology and manufacturing — and you believe there's always a better way to get things done on the shop floor. You're energized by hands-on problem-solving, comfortable learning on the fly, and eager to work directly with customers to build real solutions. If you're ready to take the plunge into a fast-moving, startup environment where your contributions will have immediate impact, we'd love to meet you.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic coding skills or comfort with scripting; familiarity with SQL or REST APIs is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Competency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for tasks like drafting, research and automation; willingness to explore how AI can accelerate solution design and customer delivery
- Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
- Proactive, collaborative attitude - you ask questions, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% out of term time)
- First experience in manufacturing is a plus
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the delivery of customer projects using Tulip's no-code platform, working alongside experienced Solutions Engineers
- →Assist with solution design and configuration for specific customer use cases and processes
- →Participate in customer interactions and begin building relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels
- →Help document solutions, best practices, and internal processes to support team knowledge-sharing
- →Relay observations and feedback from customer engagements to Product and Engineering teams
- →Contribute to internal initiatives that improve how the Professional Services team operates and collaborates
