Product team

You'll join the team that powers Bigblue's growth, with a triple mission:

Absorb complexity and connect teams so the company can scale quickly without breaking

Stay close to merchants and warehouse operators to detect issues and opportunities early

Ensure that every release makes the experience smoother and more reliable

You'll collaborate directly with experienced Solutions engineers, product managers and engineers (Apple, Vimeo, Alan, etc.) and see how a world-class product team builds, adapts, and scales technology. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on technical expertise, sharpen your integration skills, and play a central role in shaping Bigblue's future.

Assist in executing technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers.

Support customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issues.

Help design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurations.

Learn about common customer needs, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms to provide basic technical guidance.

Education - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent)

Eager to learn - You are excited to discover new technologies and understand how complex systems work

Problem-solver - You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy tackling technical challenges

Rigorous and detail-oriented - You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and thoroughness

Communicator - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Technical curiosity - Logistics technology, and system integrations

Languages - Fluent in English and French - written and oral. Spanish and German are a plus

Bonus

Programming - Experience with software engineering, APIs, or development tools (Postman, JSON, REST APIs, etc.)

Integration experience - Familiarity with connecting systems or tools (for example, e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, or ERPs)

Industry interest - A genuine interest in logistics, e-commerce, or Bigblue’s ecosystem.

Data Analysis - Ability to work with databases and SQL for basic data manipulation and analysis

30-minute call to understand who you are, what you need, and answer any of your questions

Test interview to assess your technical skills, with short practical case studies (30 min preparation preceding a discussion)
